Payment terms
- Before anything is due
- A conversation, then a written scope, timeline and price. Nothing is binding until you accept it.
- Deposit
- For most projects, 30–50% once you’ve approved the design. The balance is due on completion.
- Larger projects
- Milestones instead: 30% to start, 40% at the midpoint and 30% on completion.
- Methods
- Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, USDT or USDC. For international clients, Wise is usually the cheapest.
- Ownership
- Once the project is paid for, the code, designs and assets are yours, source files included.
- If it isn’t right
- Every project includes a revision window. If I genuinely can’t deliver what we agreed, we’ll discuss a partial refund.
